Opened Products

Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.

Process If a return/refund is agreed upon:

The item(s) must be returned in original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned package is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
